I went for two and half weeks without losing a single pound then this week the lbs seem to be melting off. (I've lost about 7 lbs in 1 week.) I don't think I am doing anything different in regards to my diet...
I have heard that sometimes when you have lost a lot of weight all at once that your body has moments when it hangs on to the weight before it starts letting the weight go again. Is that really true??
I was just talking to a fellow bandster who is "stuck"... I am wondering if that isn't what is going on with her too?
