Kinda frustrated right now....
- I don't want another fill because my portion size seems right on track and I seem to be full long enough. I don't want to be too aggressive with fills because I don't want any complications.
- I am going to the gym at least 4 times a week (trying for 5 times most weeks)
- I am craving Chocolate in a major way so I get into funks where I raid my sister's room (she lives with us) and find her chocolate stash. Or (gasp) purchase a small chocolate to satisfy my "fix" I swear... I am an addict.
- I am eating between meals just because I "feel" like I want it and I justify in my mind that it won't hurt to have a few.
- AND DUH, the scale is barely, and I mean barely, moving. My personal goal of losing these last 2 lbs so I can be at 80lbs lost is feeling impossible.
Here's what I am going to do about it:
- JOURNAL!!!! I have never been good at this but if write down everything I put in my mouth I'll be more aware of my calorie intake for the day.
- Eat on schedule. If it's not time to eat then I don't get to eat. (plus, this will tell me if I need to get an adjustment)
7-8 - Breakfast
11:30-12:30 - Lunch
3pm - possible 100 cal snack
5:30-6:30 - Dinner
GO TO BED, without eating any further snacks.
- Continue going to the Gym.
------------------------------------------------------
I have been banded for 9 months and have slowly started to get more and more complacent. I am on the verge of getting to that weight that I've never seen in my adult life. I need to up my game and make this happen. I have 52 lbs to go until goal...
Any thoughts or suggestions are welcomed!

I think you have a great plan in place! You can do it!
Thanks for writing what I needed to read. Also, Happy Anniversary!! Today is my hubby's and my Anniversary too 18 years.
Try to eat more solid protein so that you are not snacking in between. Instead of chocolate, try a tootsie roll or two. They actually fill me up, whereas chocolate goes right through.
You can DO IT!
your doing so good, like people have told me don't get discouraged. you have a great plan layed out. just keep truckin, it's a tough journey.
